Whenever you stop by our office she is the first desk on your left. She is licensed and ready to help with all of your insurance and financial services needs!

Hey there! I’m Hailey Batson. I’ve been a member of the team since November of 2021. I’ve spent the majority of my 30 years of life calling Deer Park, TX my home. My other half, Danny, and I have 3 amazing kids (2 boys 1 girl) and a Mini Aussie named Mable. I have been in the industry for over 5 years and love educating our customers on all our policies, but my passion is Life Insurance. As an Account Manager for Will Norfolk State Farm, I take pride in providing outstanding customer service and support, as well as ensuring our customers are educated on the coverages we provide. Outside of work, we enjoy traveling and trying new restaurants. I look forward to helping you with all your insurance needs here at Will Norfolk State Farm!

Hello, I am Dayna Gideon! I have been blessed to be a part of Will Norfolk’s team since May of 2023. My passion is helping people understand and navigate their insurance needs. With a background rooted in church ministry, I have a strong sense of empathy and understanding for people and that has helped me to serve our customers. Outside of work, I am actively involved with a compassion ministry that my husband and I started in 2019 geared toward helping the homeless. I was born and raised in the suburbs of Houston and I am happily married with two energetic teenagers! I love cooking, traveling and spending time with my family!

Hey y’all, my name is Stefhani and I have 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry! My role in the office is being your friend who knows the ins and outs of insurance & using that knowledge to help you get the most coverage for the right price. If you have a question, I will find an answer! Outside of work, I love exploring and traveling with my family, running around the vibrant city of Houston, and indulging in the creative arts such as cross-stitching, embroidery, and painting. I am currently pursuing a Computer Science degree, aligning my interests with technology and nerd culture. I look forward to meeting you!
