"So I called this agency on December 31, 2024 to get a quote on my vehicle and some renters insurance. An incompetent employee phone and gave me a quote on my truck and renters insurance and I said that would be great. She took my checking account information and then put me on hold. She then comes back and tells me OH! I made a mistake. I forgot to add the renters insurance I said huh? You know what never mind I don’t want this quote but guess what? They had already took my money. Even after I canceled everything on the same phone call and told her I don’t want your insurance. I currently have USAA and we know you can’t have the same car with two different insurance policies. Now I called complaining about still NO REFUND, Mr. Norfork acted like a liberal clown and doesn’t wanna give me back my money. He says is SF is processing but I know how to ruin a business and this is it. IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN GO HERE! I even told this clown I was going to the police to make a complaint and he said oh I understand sounded like a damn robot ."
