"WOW! My daughter and I think the people in the office are professional and fantastic every time we walk inside!! "Jake" from State Farm could use Stefanie and this group for a commercial! I must mention how Stefanie and this group came to our rescue!!! My daughter Bethani and I faced a dilemma on our way home .....we forgot to gas up!! We called our State Farm office for roadside assistance. We were talking to Stefanie and she realized we were minutes away from their office. Stefanie kindly suggested she could take my daughter to buy gas for us !! We really appreciated the extra effort Stefanie made--- "She was definitely a good neighbor in our time of need!!"

"My State Farm agent Jordyn reached out to me recently to ensure my move to my new home went smoothly and my coverage was where I wanted it. She was wonderful and thorough making sure all my coverage needs were accounted for and then mentioned I might be able to save on auto insurance possibly. Long story short Jordyn was able to not only able to save me money but was also able to increase the coverage I had from my previous provider. As a single parent, saving money and peace of mind are so very important. If I could give her and State Farm more than 5 stars I would!"

"3rd update: please read the response from Will Norfolk below and see what kind of unprofessional people you deal with at his agency. Very disgraceful reaction to an honest and true review. Own your mistakes Will. Sharing your clients info to the public is probably against the law. Shame on you. Update!!! Hailey was awesome and I’m not sure where she went. I advertised for this company sooooo much! Everything was amazing until I had claims! Now I’m a trash person who “takes advantage of communicating with the owner.” (His words) My husband and I are both vets. We are good people and have been severely disrespected. Do not make the same mistake we did. This is all smoke and mirrors. Please don’t let this happen to you. If you have a claim you will be belittled and degraded. See pictures below. Hailey was awesome! Super informative and I never felt like I was being “sold” or talked to like I was an idiot. Happy to do business with these folks!"

You sent a lot of referrals my way and I really appreciated that. Then, for the last year, State Farm and my office have sent you notices that your policy would be non-renewed if you didn’t trim limbs falling on your house by your next renewal. You took advantage of my previous offer and sent me demanding messages on Facebook the day before your renewal while I was out of the office. If you had contacted me one of the numerous times that my office reached out, we could have resolved this quickly and without much hassle. Myself nor my office have ever degraded, belittled, or degraded you. I also feel confident that my customers feel we go above and beyond with all claims am daily customer service interactions. - Will"

"Updated Response back to Will: I appreciate your reply, but I find it disappointing that instead of addressing my concerns, your response feels more defensive than helpful. My intention with the review wasn’t to undermine the years of positive experiences I’ve had with your agency but to highlight a genuinely upsetting interaction that needs attention. During my call with Vonda, I was repeatedly interrupted, spoken to rudely, and left with more confusion than clarity. When you reached out to me, rather than offering support or solutions, it felt like your primary focus was on defending Vonda and expressing surprise at my feedback. You mentioned that the current amount due is not my monthly bill but rather the total amount owed. However, this was not made clear to me, nor was it aligned with the discussions I had been having with Stephanie for months. The sudden mention that Stephanie agreed with Vonda—without any prior communication to me about these new charges—added to my confusion and frustration. My goal is not to tarnish your business but to receive the same level of respect, transparency, and professionalism that I’ve previously experienced with Stephanie. I hope that moving forward, my concerns will be addressed with genuine care and a willingness to resolve the issue rather than dismissing them as an overreaction. Original Review: I’ve always had a great experience with State Farm, particularly when working with Stephanie. She’s consistently helpful, professional, and ensures that we’re on the same page regarding my insurance policy. However, my recent interaction with Vonda was extremely disappointing. When I called to discuss my monthly bill, I was told the amount was significantly higher than expected. I tried to explain my understanding of my account—that I hadn’t had insurance coverage for a couple of months aside from my travel trailer—but Vonda wouldn’t let me finish speaking. She constantly interrupted, showed no interest in addressing my concerns, and was outright rude. Vonda insisted that she wouldn’t argue with me, despite being the only one arguing. She was power-hungry in the situation, more interested in asserting her authority than helping me resolve the issue. She said she would send me an email breakdown of the charges, which I’ve yet to receive. To make matters worse, Will reached out to me—not to address my concerns—but to express his surprise at my accusations toward Vonda. While he seemed somewhat concerned, it felt more like he was just surprised that I was actually speaking up about Vonda’s behavior. He emphasized that Vonda is the office manager and has been handling State Farm’s complex billing for 43 years—yet showed no real urgency or care in resolving the issue. Will mentioned that he gave Stephanie a call, as she was off, and that she agreed with Vonda and the bill. This was baffling, considering Stephanie and I had been discussing this situation for months, and at no point had I been made aware of these new charges. Will said Stephanie would call me next week to go over my bill, but that doesn’t help the current frustration and confusion. This experience was a stark contrast to the excellent service I’ve received in the past. I hope this feedback leads to improved service and clearer communication, as I value the support I’ve previously had from State Farm."
