"Updated Response back to Will: I appreciate your reply, but I find it disappointing that instead of addressing my concerns, your response feels more defensive than helpful. My intention with the review wasn’t to undermine the years of positive experiences I’ve had with your agency but to highlight a genuinely upsetting interaction that needs attention. During my call with Vonda, I was repeatedly interrupted, spoken to rudely, and left with more confusion than clarity. When you reached out to me, rather than offering support or solutions, it felt like your primary focus was on defending Vonda and expressing surprise at my feedback. You mentioned that the current amount due is not my monthly bill but rather the total amount owed. However, this was not made clear to me, nor was it aligned with the discussions I had been having with Stephanie for months. The sudden mention that Stephanie agreed with Vonda—without any prior communication to me about these new charges—added to my confusion and frustration. My goal is not to tarnish your business but to receive the same level of respect, transparency, and professionalism that I’ve previously experienced with Stephanie. I hope that moving forward, my concerns will be addressed with genuine care and a willingness to resolve the issue rather than dismissing them as an overreaction. Original Review: I’ve always had a great experience with State Farm, particularly when working with Stephanie. She’s consistently helpful, professional, and ensures that we’re on the same page regarding my insurance policy. However, my recent interaction with Vonda was extremely disappointing. When I called to discuss my monthly bill, I was told the amount was significantly higher than expected. I tried to explain my understanding of my account—that I hadn’t had insurance coverage for a couple of months aside from my travel trailer—but Vonda wouldn’t let me finish speaking. She constantly interrupted, showed no interest in addressing my concerns, and was outright rude. Vonda insisted that she wouldn’t argue with me, despite being the only one arguing. She was power-hungry in the situation, more interested in asserting her authority than helping me resolve the issue. She said she would send me an email breakdown of the charges, which I’ve yet to receive. To make matters worse, Will reached out to me—not to address my concerns—but to express his surprise at my accusations toward Vonda. While he seemed somewhat concerned, it felt more like he was just surprised that I was actually speaking up about Vonda’s behavior. He emphasized that Vonda is the office manager and has been handling State Farm’s complex billing for 43 years—yet showed no real urgency or care in resolving the issue. Will mentioned that he gave Stephanie a call, as she was off, and that she agreed with Vonda and the bill. This was baffling, considering Stephanie and I had been discussing this situation for months, and at no point had I been made aware of these new charges. Will said Stephanie would call me next week to go over my bill, but that doesn’t help the current frustration and confusion. This experience was a stark contrast to the excellent service I’ve received in the past. I hope this feedback leads to improved service and clearer communication, as I value the support I’ve previously had from State Farm."

"As both an employee and a customer of our State Farm insurance agency, I felt compelled to share my experience- and yes, there's a bit of bias since I work here, but the outstanding service I received is worth highlighting! I currently have renters insurance, a personal articles policy and two life insurance policies, (one term and one permanent) through our agency. From the very start I was impressed by the depth of knowledge and expertise our team brings to the table. One stand out is Mrs Vonda, who has dedicated over 40 years to State Farm. Her extensive experience means she truly knows the ins and outs of the company, and her insights are invaluable. Our sales team, which consists of three very charismatic members, ensures that the quoting process is enjoyable! The small but efficient team is committed to providing personalized service, which makes a significant difference when you've been shopping around all day. One feature that really sets us apart is our onboarding specialist. She regularly checks in with clients to verify information and ensure that your policy is always up to date. She takes it time to review your coverages, making sure you fully understand them and can adjust them as needed. I want to specifically emphasize the importance of shopping for life insurance. It's not a small purchase and our sales team truly recognizes that. They take the time to answer all your questions- believe me, I had quite a few! The attention they gave me made me feel confident in my investment, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing my loved ones are protected is absolutely priceless. Overall, I can't recommend our agency enough. The combination of experienced staff, personalized service, and genuine care for clients makes this an exceptional place to get your insurance needs met. Whether you're looking for renters insurance, auto insurance, life insurance or anything in between, you'll be in great hands with us! "So I called this agency on December 31, 2024 to get a quote on my vehicle and some renters insurance. An incompetent employee phone and gave me a quote on my truck and renters insurance and I said that would be great. She took my checking account information and then put me on hold. She then comes back and tells me OH! I made a mistake. I forgot to add the renters insurance I said huh? You know what never mind I don’t want this quote but guess what? They had already took my money. Even after I canceled everything on the same phone call and told her I don’t want your insurance. I currently have USAA and we know you can’t have the same car with two different insurance policies. Now I called complaining about still NO REFUND, Mr. Norfork acted like a liberal clown and doesn’t wanna give me back my money. He says is SF is processing but I know how to ruin a business and this is it. IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN GO HERE! I even told this clown I was going to the police to make a complaint and he said oh I understand sounded like a damn robot ."

You gave approval to submit these policies. After we submitted the auto policy, you said you no longer wanted to move forward and asked for your money back. We immediately submitted a request to cancel the policy and issue a refund back to your bank account. Your money has not been stolen. I ended the phone call with you after you continued to curse and yell over me. I am confident that my office handled everything correctly & I am sorry you do not see it that way on your end. As I hope previous reviews for my agency reflect, we work hard to provide great service for our customers and have a strong track record of doing so. - Will"
